Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Salt and Ground black pepper
- Chopped Coriander
- Olive oil
- Diced Kiwi
- Diced Tomatoes
- Chopped shallot
- Chopped Coriander
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
1) Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, olive oil and chopped coriander at least 30 mins in the fridge.
2) Prepare salsa sauce : bring mixed bowl , pour lemon juice, salt and pepper mixed together and taste it ( let sour taste mellow outstanding ) then put diced tomatoes, chopped shallot, chopped coriander and diced Kiwi then mixed together gently.
3) Pan-fry chicken (no need to put oil) until colour of chicken changed to golden brown and well cooked. Then arrange the chicken on a plate and pour on topped with salsa sauce.
